    21 Day Prayer and Fasting

    21 Days of Prayer and Fasting

    Join Hope Community Church for a powerful spiritual journey of prayer and fasting as we seek to grow closer to God. Over 21 days, deepen your faith through focused prayer and fasting. The theme for this year is "Nothing Just Happens," with guidance from scriptures Joel 2:12, Joshua 1:8, and James 4:8.

    Details:


    Let us come together as a community to renew our spirit, strengthen our connection with God, and support one another in faith.

    Choose One of the Five (5) Types of Fasts and Prayer:

    • 1. Complete Fast

      No food, only water.

    • 2. Liquid Fast

      No food, only water and juices.

    • 3. Daniel Fast

      No meat, sweets, or dairy. Only fruits, vegetables, and water.

    • 4. Partial Fast

      From sunrise to sundown, then eat "one meal a day."

    • 5. Non-Food Fast

      • Fasting from TV, social media, caffeine, etc.
      • Recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers, teenagers, and people on medication.

    Remember this, while fasting, consider these three tools “Read the Bible, Pray and Worship".
